The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, has made the announcement that all International flights would be restricted to Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja and Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.
These was made known to the Airline operators through a letter signed by the new Director General of NCAA, Capt. Musa Nuhu on Thursday 13 march 2020.
Following the Federal government ban on 13 high risk countries, Capt. Nuhu stated that the restriction will take effect from 12: am on Saturday, 21 march 2020
All passengers including the flight crew arriving from any International flight will undergo thorough screening and be quarantined for the period of 14 days, for safety measures against the spread of covid-19.
Meanwhile all other International airports would be shut down to International flights.
